Office Manager Kathy B. Juliussen joined Keystone Capital in 2004 and is responsible for overall administrative functions of the office. Kathy received her Associates degree from Harper College in Palatine, IL in 1987 in business management.    Kathy's previous work experience includes a 5 years at a management consulting firm, 3 years at a software development firm, and 7 years at the Boy Scouts of America acting as Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO.
